Arc'teryx Beta AR

The Beta AR Jacket is a hardwearing all-mountain hardshell built to handle exposed summits and foul weather in the alpine. It pairs a rugged 100d GORE-TEX® PRO ePE upper yoke and hood with lighter 80d body fabric, giving you durable protection where you need it most and less weight where you don't. The ePE membrane is fully waterproof, windproof, and breathable, while a PFAS-free DWR finish helps repel moisture and keep the face fabric performing.

A regular fit leaves comfortable room for layers, and articulated patterning keeps movement natural whether you're reaching for a hold or climbing through broken terrain. The helmet-compatible DropHood™ adjusts precisely without blocking peripheral vision, pit zippers dump heat quickly, and glove-friendly cuff tabs and a drawcord hem seal out the elements. Two zippered hand pockets keep essentials close at hand.

This shell is built to last and made responsibly: recycled nylon, bluesign® approved materials, and a Fair Trade Certified™ manufacturing process are part of the package. A RECCO® reflector in the brim adds extra searchability in an emergency, making the Beta AR a dependable partner for a wide range of mountain adventures.
