The Marker Alpinist 12 is a lightweight, ascent-oriented touring pin binding built for ski mountaineering and backcountry travel. Its innovative ISI toe piece makes stepping in easy: a wide footprint with integrated stop automatically positions and aligns your boot, while kinematically optimised pin levers snap shut with a gentle push. The binding's construction allows active length compensation, so the ski flexes naturally and feels lively on the uphill.

The heel offers multiple climbing aids (0°, 5°, and 9°) for efficient ascents and can be quickly switched to descent mode. A 38 mm wide hole pattern transfers power directly to the edges, providing strong control and precise steering on the way down. At only 245 g without brake, the Alpinist 12 pairs featherlight weight with dependable performance.
