The Fritschi Xenic 10 is a lightweight insert touring binding built for ski mountaineering and backcountry touring. Its compact toe unit and heel assembly are designed to deliver precise, consistent release performance even in demanding conditions. A clever 10 mm length compensation system keeps constant pressure on the ski during strong flex, helping maintain a defined release in every situation.

Safety is further enhanced by the Release Lever, which lets the boot tip forward after the heel releases and click out at a 65/75° angle for optimal protection. The direct and wide heel contact point on the guide plate gives the ski added liveliness and dynamism, while the simple handling—intuitive toe tensioning, precise pin insertion, a 180° rotating climbing aid, and quick heel-height adjustment via a button—makes transitions on the mountain fast and hassle-free.
