The Elan RC Wingman Jr Shift is a junior all-mountain alpine ski designed to help young skiers refine their carving technique on groomed slopes while remaining composed when snow conditions become variable. Its versatile 70 mm waist width strikes a balance between quick edge-to-edge transitions on hardpack and the stability needed to push through softer, chopped snow. The traditional camber profile runs the full length of the ski, delivering dependable edge grip, a predictable flex, and a stable feel that encourages confident turn shapes from tip to tail.

The construction combines a fibreglass-reinforced channel woodcore with Sidewall EST technology, creating a smooth, responsive ride tailored for lighter athletes. The integrated Jr Shift plate and EL 4.5 GW CA JRS bindings form a seamless system that ensures efficient power transfer from boot to snow and allows easy size adjustments as young feet grow. A sintered high-speed gliding base keeps runs fast and smooth, while holding wax well for consistent glide.
