The ZipFit Gara HV Neoprene is a precision adjustable inner boot liner for alpine ski boots, engineered to refine fit, heel hold, and power transfer. The HV (High Volume) iteration packs an enhanced amount of the adaptable OMFit cork compound, enabling it to strategically fill extra space within the shell. It is particularly suited to performance ski boots with generous internal volume or for feet that demand more secure fixation.

The OMFit cork material sits in three adjustable chambers per liner—behind the tongue and on both sides of the instep. The compound stays pliable, allowing you to distribute it within the chambers and even add more as needed. This results in a personalized fit that balances heel hold, volume, and the connection between foot and ski. A 3 mm neoprene liner delivers close-contact cushioning without interfering with the cork's adaptive properties, while its smooth surface makes donning and doffing effortless. The flexible neoprene toe box accommodates varying forefoot widths, and Thinsulate, merino wool, and neoprene combine to keep toes warm.
