The Summit Jannu Peak Heavyweight Waterproof Gloves are built for cold, demanding alpine missions where dexterity and durable weather protection matter. They pair a precurved, relaxed fit with high-loft Heatseeker™ Pro synthetic insulation, concentrating warmth on the back of the hand while keeping the palm and gauntlet more nimble. The goat-leather palm and knuckle overlay gives a secure grip on ice tools and rock, while the progressive precurve shape lets fingers settle into a natural, comfortable position.

Waterproofing comes from a combination of FUTURELIGHT™ on the back of the hand and gauntlet, a DryVent™ insert, and a non-PFC DWR finish over leather and fabric. This layered system blocks rain and snow while remaining breathable enough for high-output climbing and mountaineering. A WindWall™ back-of-finger and fourchette fabric reduces wind chill, and the longer gauntlet seals out spindrift and cold. Practical touches include a nose wipe, carabiner loop, removable wrist leash, and single-handed shock-cord adjustment at the gauntlet hem.
