Arc'teryx Squamish Hoody

The Squamish Hoody is the ultralight windshell that punches far above its weight. Built from Tyono™ 30D nylon mini-rip with a touch of mechanical stretch, it blocks wind, sheds light moisture, and breathes well enough to keep you comfortable when you’re working hard. The fabric is treated with a PFAS-free FC0 DWR, so water beads up and rolls off without any intentionally added forever chemicals.

Its helmet-compatible StormHood™ gives full, 360-degree visibility while shielding your head on exposed belays and breezy ridgelines, and articulated patterning ensures unrestricted mobility whether you’re reaching for a hold or swinging a leg over a boulder. The zippered chest pocket does double duty as an integrated stuff sack, letting the whole jacket pack into itself and clip to a harness or pack via the reinforced loop. Elasticized cuffs seal out gusts, while the 150-gram weight means you’ll barely notice it until the wind does.
